In my classes "food handling" I learned that when   potatoes  are green or they  have green parts patatoes contain a toxic substance called solanine. This substance in a specific amount is even able to  kill a person for this reason we should not  buy  green  potatoes or  with green parts.

Preparation

1: In a pot mix all dry ingredients (mass, Achiote Chicken broth with salt.

2: Imcorporar in water and Lizano sauce.

3: Form dough balls of 50 grams

4: Hands crush the pellets to form a Tortilla.

5: Putting cheese in the center of the tortilla and join the ends.

6: Fry patties in hot oil, at a moderate temperature to achieve acrisp result.

Ingredients:
5 strawberries
5 seedless grapes
1 kiwi
1 / 2 cup cabbage
salt to taste
raspberry vinegar for dressing

Processes:
Chop or slice the fruit to taste.
Grate cabbage
Put salt to taste
 Add vinegar
