Preparation
1: In a pot mix all dry ingredients (mass, Achiote Chicken broth with salt.
2: Imcorporar in water and Lizano sauce.
3: Form dough balls of 50 grams
4: Hands crush the pellets to form a Tortilla.
5: Putting cheese in the center of the tortilla and join the ends.
6: Fry patties in hot oil, at a moderate temperature to achieve acrisp result.
